96 (C4) Fuel problems.
I'm a newbie, my first Corvette, is a 1996 convertible. I bought it out west, and have been driving up and down the coast a few times this winter, and am looking to drive it back to Louisville really soon. The car runs great, but will suddenly die on me with no explanation. I've affectionately named the car "Flatbed", but whatever.......
I've got it in a shop in Rancho Cucamonga and they don't seem to think there is anything wrong with it, or at least can't find anything wrong. I'm going to be reduced to bringing it to a Chevy Dealer this coming Monday, but what I'm really looking for is some Corvette expert in the Ontario CA area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

scan for codes just in case it clues you to a loss of ign pulse related to the optispark.
ON EDIT: probably everybody at the dealership is too young to know what to do with a C4. There's a fair number of vette specialty shops all over CA. No specific recommendations for the inland empire though. |
