There's only one person that knows if he hit that 20 year old on purpose. I highly doubt it! He should not have been out of his car and running down the slickest part of the track. Prayers to all of them.

Yes, however had the ass end drifted up the track to hit the kid, it would have been pretty obvious he tried to hit the kid. The video Craig posted shows just the opposite, yes he gunned the motor and drifted the car, but he drifted away from the kid, not towards him.

Tony is a master at handling those dirt track cars, which is why i'm a little surprised the contact was ever made, but the kid never stopped coming into Tonys line.

NFW could I concentrate and race after something like that. If he does run, I'd stay far from him. You know he's been up all night thinking about this and all the questions it will bring.

Back in the day David Wells stayed up all night drinking roled into bed at 6am showed up at Yankee stadium smelling like booze a few hours later hung over for a 1pm game and threw a no hitter.

Also, the kid had a little more room he could have run a little higher up the track and this whole thing never would have been an issue.
Yep. Plain to see he swerved the rear to the left in an attempt to avoid contact.
