That rocks! I love the Led bluesy, instrumental type songs. Jimmy Page is amazing. I also love this (I know it's sort of cliche and main stream):

OK, I'll age myself here.

I've always had a grudge against Jimmy Page since the early 70's when the Yardbirds came to town. I went to see Jeff Beck and at the last minute before the tour, Beck quit the band but they didn't tell anyone he wasn't on the tour. Jimmy Page played bass for the Yardbirds and moved over to lead guitar when Jeff Beck left. He played the whole concert with his back to the crowd hoping nobody would notice Beck's absence. He's a good guitarist - but he's no Jeff Beck.

I think your beef here is with Beck, not Page. Sure he may have tried to fool you but actually he only wanted to protect you from the fact that Beck was the one who really turned his back on you when he quit.

I bet there is enough room in that wrinkled old heart for Beck and Page... Isn't there?
