My knee's still having issues. PT till July then re-evaluate. The therapist doesn't think it will heal up enough. There are 3 ligaments affected, 2 have full thickness tears and 1 is a 3rd degree sprain. I think I'm glad I don't remember it happening.

Are you properly resting and letting tissue heal?...at your age it takes a ton of time.

It's been since April 3. I'm not going up any stairs at work. At some point soon though I will have to have the ability to climb 24 flights of stairs and get back down again. One of the ligaments is the one that attaches your kneecap, the Patella I think it's called.

Anyways I need this to heal or I may end up on disability.

Be careful and do the PT exactly the way they showed you! Listen to your body!!!!!

Dislocated my left hip twice in last 7 weeks and wearing a brace until the ortho can figure out how to revise my fake hip. Lots of complications affecting it. ****ed up lower back is contributing to the problem too! Want it to get done and over with!

Dude...your old aZZ needs 90 days for tissue to heal while doing nothing more than range of motion, and/or minor stretching of damaged tissue.
Those stairs will have to wait.

You need a thicker knee pad - Porter's yoga mat doesn't provide enough cushioning.
