There were no upper body or facial abraisons, very minor injuries, could have been from a fall or push, he was out that day with friends so his version of getting pushed while back was turned is reasonable / consistent, if true his once-friend is an arse, as appears to have been planned.

Pretty certain many on here have had words with 'friends', only aholes escalate it to pushing and fighting, if we hit everyone in life we wanted to, we would be broke and in prison regularly.

Not gonna close that door, most fights will have either facial abraisons or frontal injuries, I think he only had arm scrap and lower back brusing.

No doubt he needs therapy. I'm not sure I believe the story though, I don't think the police would simply let him walk if he actually did what he says he did.

That was my first thought too. I don't know what the legal landscape is like there, but if you discharge a firearm in a residential neighborhood here, it better be pointed at someone trying to imminently kill you, or you are in a heap of trouble.

Yeah, does not add up, I am not LEO, but someone usually gets a few nights free stay for shooting off a gun in a neighborhood unless the explanation is a great one.

If accurate, very rare if cops detain you for 'five hours' for 'staging' and 'framing', and then release.
