Funny vid but doesn’t change the fact that weed isn’t harmless and isn’t medicine. Especially this new stuff. I never felt addicted but it has the potential to cause dependency and various negative consequences.

Hindsight is 20/20 and I’m referring to my individual experience as well as visual evidence of other’s. I think the pro-weed camp tends to ignore the negative consequences a bit. Regardless, it should be a matter for individuals and families to deal with, not government, IMO.

I am also a prude, never done weed, never done drugs, enjoy beer, scotch, bourbon and Skoal,,, yet I got vices.

Seen way too many family and friends start on weed and progress, and end their lives, not going to argue for 100 pages that weed is a gateway, but seems to me very few stop at weed.

Seen just as many kill their lives over time with alcohol, so neither is good, know you limits, be able to stop if it starts effing with aspects of your life.

With that said, have 6 bottles of Ardbeg Ardcore being delivered on Friday, should be a very good weekend!!

Not high-end, scored for $130 each, I have bottles over $5K, those are for viewing, the under $200 are for drinking, when I go trailer park a $40 bottle of bourbon or JWBlack is sufficient.

I've been sticking to no more than a 6 pack on an outing and then only twice per week max. No more hard liquor because I was starting to go down the rabbit hole that UD fell into. That includes when my friends come over to help print T-shirts and one up us buys a case of beer. Looks like we had a party going on if you look at all the bottles in the trash, but only 3-4 beers per person over the course of 5-6 hours.

Not too many people talk about it but weed is still Federally verboten and it can realy effect things gun wise. Go to a dealer buy a gun and then you fill out the Nics check.


If you fill it out honestly about using MJ they legally cannot sell you the gun. Lie about not using and they find out you have just committed a felony.

I jsut let my card expire before I buy anything that requires me to fill out the form that way I am legal.

I do the same with wine. Anything over $80.00 is a rare special occasion or for looking at. Can't even imagine buying a bottle for $5K!

Any bottle I buy over $500, of which I have 200+, are for someone to buy from me in 20 or 30 years at a huge windfall; my most expensive buy to date has been a $5,000 bottle, and hope it was a wise decision.

I have tasted $500 Scotch, to me it is the same as a $50 Ardbeg Wee Beastie, my palate is too damn old, insert ruined, to distinguish high-quality sipping whisky from the Total Wine $50 offerings.

I had a $60 Balcones Bourbon last month, was very most excellent, and proved you can stay in a budget to enjoy a very, very good drink.

I think the same applies to wine? except it seems to mellow with age and develops a unique texture. thought about collecting but such a small market and other risks.
