I'll give you an honest answer. I know Larry. My district at work includes where he lives. I've had lunch with him a few times in the last few months. He's a good guy. Do I think he needs to tone it down and bypass the politics stuff some? Yep I sure do. It would be better for the forum and Larry's blood pressure. We've talked about it and I think he has a different perspective now. He's getting close to wanting to retire, and he's gotten a bit out of the rat race. I think it's good for him, I think he'all act differently. Take that for what it's worth, from someone who knows him as more than an internet persona.

Typically I have to shop at three different salons;

Salon #1:
Shampoo. Something gentle. Harsh shampoo strips away my natural oil and leaves my hair lifeless.

It's not very many people, but everyone I have met from both forums have been very nice people.
