When kids were young we got rid of all digital clocks in the home so they had to learn to tell time with real clocks !

We had a clock at home that had only Roman numerals.
Wasn't a problem at all because if you grew up with regular clocks, because we knew the time just by the position of the hands. Same method as reading OP's image. |
