simple math:

reports say Bill is worth about $146,000,000,000

let's say Melinda takes half to have her go away quietly.

that's $73,000,000,000 to her account.

but it took her 27 years to get to today, so that averages out to about $2,703,703,703 per year, or about $7,407,407 per day. or about $308,642 per hour, every day, 24 hours a day.

I think they'll both be fine financially, but they are still nuts.

I believe this divorce is nothing more than a strategy to shield and protect assets. Split them and it's harder to "git" them.
