Rate my simple salad. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber and hot peppers. Mediterranean style Italian dressing and Seared tuna steak.

there are days when I ramp it up, but for a quick lunch that's all I need. I am dealing with a relapse of an old back injury from a nasty car accident. cant walk real far or fast, usually last 3 or 4 days until I can stretch and work out the kinks.

I do a ny strip sometimes. couldn't barely walk this morning and had tuna steaks in the freezer. they are simple and quick. then on to stretching my back. starting to feel somewhat better after stretching a few hours and two blazing hot showers
