Kill Story
We all have done it, we all know it is illegal but what is your favorite kill story. As long as this tread stays civil, it probably won't get closed.
My favorite kill story was taken on a Cobra. I was at a stop light and when we took off the cobra nailed it. I had no intentions of racing but being a proud Corvette owner felt obligated to put the cobra in his place. Upon rapid depression of my accelerator, I passed him with little effort. I have killed several cobras but the best part for me this time was when I pulled up to the next red light he pulled up behind me even though the other lane was open and I noticed he was talking on the cell phone and frantically pointing towards my car while his girl friend was laughing her azz off. I would have liked to hear what they were saying. |

Last month a new Shelby GT500 got his lunch handed to him, he came up to me on the freeway while I was cruising 70ish, he did the hammer and I did not notice until he went by, he slowed and I gave him the thumbs up, put it in 4th, not the best gear at 70ish, I wanted to see what he had. He got out about 2 cars on me, then my boost kicked in and by 100ish I was smokin by and shut down shortly after that. Once I went by he shut it down and got off at the next exit, I bet those Black Cherry Halo's in flasher mode is cool to look at, just not from his point of view

I have a little boost action also, I don't know if he figured that out or not. I haven't played with the GT 500 yet. |

I don't bother with the ricers, not worth the gas. Mustangs only if I think they might have something or should I say they think they have something. Usually I go by their rear tire size or mustang model to determine if it is worth the gas or not.

Jeff, I thought you were going to say your favorite kill story was when you killed some grass at the infield at Langley.

I had to go to Langley Speedway site and check to see if they posted the spin, lucky enough they didn't. Since there are no pictures, it never happened.
