Sleep

I am fifty eight. Usually in bed by one, up at 6:45. Been that way for years. I never have slept good at night. I have sleep apnea and used to snore like a bitch until I got a cpap. I have had it over fifteen years now. I still don't sleep a lot but at least usually sleep through the night now.

I'm usually in bed by 11:00 PM, and get up at about 7:00 AM. Usually wake up once to go pee, and then right back to sleep. I'd sleep better if we didn't have cats, this time of year they really want us to wake up as soon as it gets light outside, which is about 5:45. Fortunately my wife usually gets up about 6:15 and the cats leave me alone. Some of my best sleep is between 6:30 and when I get up.
