Could I go into specifics? Absolutely. However, I am smart enough to know not to get into a stupid argument with a group of people like you guys on the internet. ...just to clarify, when I referred to "idiot arguing" I was talking about people on BOTH sides and nobody specific. It usually takes about 4 posts before anything resembling a civil discussion goes out the window and the insults and madness begin which is usually why I just keep my mouth shut.

On a side note, I have actually been fortunate enough to work with (via teleconference) and speak with both President Bush as well as President Obama on multiple occasions. From a personal (not political) perspective when they aren't in front of the media I can say with 100% certainty that what the media portrays these men (both of them) as is... well... wrong. They are both incredibly intelligent men and I personally think that they are both doing/did what THEY THINK is best for the country based on the information that they have at the time. Whether you, I, or everybody else agrees with their methods is a different story.

Those differences in opinion and methodology are what this country was founded on and what makes me think that it will survive. I didn't agree with President Obama's stance on the issues during the election so I didn't vote for him. The majority spoke and he became the President. I will cast my vote again next time... if I am in the majority, great. If I'm not, that is part of what makes this country great. It isn't 1 person who decides our fate. It is the population as a whole. Sometimes you will be in the majority and get what you think is best, sometimes not.

Long story short, I will gladly discuss politics all day long, but I do my best to avoid the discussions on the internet that will pretty much undoubtedly end up with niether side actually listening and will turn quickly into not much more than people calling each other stupid because they don't see things the same way.
