Erie County, Wyoming County, Niagara County, Monroe County, and a slew of others across the state have already voted for it's repeal.
People really are pissed, and like I said in my OP, people who normally sit on the sidelines are now rising in disgust. They are attending the rallys, writing and callling...
Time will tell if it's a futile attempt at a change, like Sea-Six purports it to be.

You should fire off another email to Chuck Schumer! Tell him what he should be doing with regards to gun control!

I'm sure he'll consider all of your points very carefully, then weigh them against his own opinions... and who knows! You might just convince him of the error of his ways!

I have sent e-mails to other legislators across the state as well, as have many of my neighbors and co-workers..
