Yah! Lower abdomen still hurts, especially when coughing or sneezing.

As long as I support myself when sitting up or standing, it's ok too.

Otherwise, I'm just letting the bod heal from the 3" long slice in my gut! Doc says in another week I can start a light cardio routine again, and start real work outs in another 2 weeks after that.

Blech. I HATE working out, but find that I really NEED to now, falling apart ya know!
