Low fat chip dip??? easy!
I've been doing this for a while, thought I'd share it. I LOVE dip with any kind of chips but cream cheese, or sour cream based ones are pretty bad for you. The chips are bad enough! I take cottage cheese, with a dollop of yogurt and then add whatever flavorings you like. Last night I made a red pepper-garlic one. Just use your hand blender to turn it into the recognizable dip consistency. Fast and easy. I've made sweet onion, dill-garlic, whatever you feel like.
