I did a little value engineering and reduced the weight of the steel, deflections are still less than L/600.

Then I designed blocking for the Ranger to carry the 10' lengths.

That's odd. I get nothing but compliments from actual paying clients. Oh, and of course more work, and checks to match my invoices.

Two things:

1) No a DAMN PERSON on CL has a DAMN PENNY, every loser on there wants it for free, or less, this is not a geographically demograhic, this is for the entire country
2) rednecks do not need hot tubs, they are innovators, they would never pay for one, they simply convert the resources they already have

Wrongo-o, as usual. I learned mechanical drafting in junior high, high school, than again in college. I used that skill to pay my way through college. My CAD skills are self taught, beginning prior to the development of AutoCad on a PC, and I developed my own standard based on my hands-own knowledge of construction, specifically repairs on existing structures.
