Didn't get any sleep last night. One of the side effects of this treatment is hot flashes. Had them all night long, they were about a half an hour apart. Now I know what some of you women go through, it ain't very nice, also feeling weak, in the muscles and joints, Hopefully after a few days things will settle down. I am keeping things positive and with all your prayers, that you have sent, I know it will be good, thank you all so very much, you guys and gals are like my second family and I enjoy my time on the forum.

been watching you tube about psychopaths these people are
very insane, indeed
one guy molested 4 boys , and since having 3 sons of my own, i just cant understand why assholes like these people are allwed to walk besides us

I hear ya. One of the scary parts is the fact that there are perves involved in youth sports, church, and scouting programs, perves who target troubled kids. There is an 80-year-old guy in the news who has been identified as molesting kids of both sexes for over FIFTY years. Just Damn!.

Snowy day, so it's a good one to stay in and make a hearty soup. Cream of broccoli, cheddar/gouda, and bacon, with the prerequisite cloves of garlic of course! Mmmmm......it was yummy

I think I picked them up. For the last couple of weeks, I have intentionally done as little physical work as possible so this hip can heal. Everything is on hold, and I lie down every time it starts to get sore. So I am literally bored off my ass. And when I'm bored, I eat. I've already let the belt out a notch.
