I didn't think I wanted anything for Christmas, but I was wrong.

I have had an increasing amount of difficulty keeping my hands warm in cold weather over the years. Some years back, I had to quit cycling when the temp was under about 50 degrees, now, maybe 60. It has gotten so bad that I have trouble taking my dog for even short walks when the temp is below about 30. About a week ago, my wife was home, it was 19 degrees, and we took the pooch for the shortest walk we have, with me wearing the warmest hand gear I have. When we got home, I touched one of my hands to her face, and she just about freaked out.

Then, she gave me one of my Christmas presents early, a pair of electrically heated gloves. I didn't even know such things existed. No shit, it is a "life changing" gift, they are AWESOME!

Glad you will get some relief, I use those hand warmer things when go up north myself. If you think those gloves are great wait until heated jacket time, they've come along way and are fairly cheap now also. The ole back hates the cold so much....
