I thought Mike was gonna have a coronary when Barkley sat in his lap though.

I have never seen a dog that was able to stand in front of the kitchen sink with all 4 feet on the ground and look straight down the garbage disposal.

Once he makes friends with you he becomes a lap dog. He has also calmed down A LOT compared to when you saw him. It makes a difference having four other dogs to play with in a big back yard, I guess. He is at the point now where when we go on walks he won't walk in front of me and I don't need to hold onto the leash (I do if there are people or other dogs around, though). He stays right there with me and will stop to sniff something as I keep walking and then catches up when I get about 10-15 feet in front of him.

My big gray floppy eared dummy Actually, he's a Blue Merle Great Dane and rather over sized for his breed. The BMs are traditionally the smallest of the Danes and not recognized as pure breeds in Europe, but they are here.

Easily 75%+ of the regular posters here are from CF. Some have the same screen names others don't (i don't). Some still hang out there others like myself choose not to, and others said FU and got banned on their way out. I was active over there from 05-11 with 10k+ posts. I jumped ship and came here to hang out with the rest of the cool kids. a year and a half back IIRC.
