Not exactly. The PPQ is a striker model. It is a polymer handgun with a fully redone trigger that's like buttah. Fully ambidextrous so she can shoot it left handed and me right.

I remember when I was the remote control (for the black and white tv).

"Smell 'um good" as my kiddo calls it...tons to eat, great time visiting with the family and close friends...oh, and a mechanic friend came over and helped me replace the noisy lifter in the LT4, so I'm back in my Corvette. All in all, a better Christmas than I deserve.
Oh, and I guess I should count the cash the wife allowed me to take out of the family account a wile back to pay off my Ultra Carry- which I STILL have not got to shoot. Stupid job, taking all of my spare time.

My Grandkids over for Christmas. Cooking for the whole family. Playing stupid card games with my Grandkids. Waking up at 3 in the morning telling Grandkids to get back in bed, or Santa won't come. Watching them come downstairs and seeing the awe.
Cooking for the whole crew. Presenting a perfectly cooked Prime Rib.

Best present ever.

I got a pair of Bragi Dash https://www.bragi.com/thedash/. They sounded great and worked well on Christmas day while playing around with them.

Today was the first real world attempt at using them. I put them on sync'd them up and turned on some Pandora and dropped my phone in my pocket while I attempted to do some yard work (it's 80* outside). They were constantly dropping out making them pretty much unusable. I pulled up their help page, and even it states that pockets are a weak connection point, but i'm sorry that defeats the purpose of being wireless. Unfortunately these cool gadgets will be getting returned, I'm leaning towards buying an apple watch series 2.

I'm leaning toward doing the same thing with the boots my mom got me. She tried, and meant well but missed the mark
