Easy ChasC5 - Drilling would have the same effect. The market speculators would be driven to an even price based on an aggresive, self preserving policy.

Chas - Please educate yourself..... damn

I have never had any problem with Drilling in America ... its not like and Oil Well is going to pumping in my back yard, and if it was ... it would be my Oil. So if America has a spot where we can become independent ... I got no problem, but then is that the case here?

was it Jefferson's fault that potato prices went up during his presidency?

don't be such a troll...try to stay on topic.

the topic is lowering gas prices. and Obama has the power to take actions that will do that. look what happened when he announced dumping 30 million barells of reserves on the market.

a literall drop in the bucket. and I disagree with the action.

drilling in ANWR and lifting the moratorium on Gulf drilling would do so much more. just the announcement alone would drive speculators down.

get a clue. and for once drop the Bush schtick. drop your political idealolgy and understand the pieces in the game.

I'll respond the way I want to respond ... I asked a legitimate question, it's not critical that you agree with it.

You should get a clue ... you don't have control on others ... at all, and least of all their thoughts and opinions.

Time to get use to it.

You know what; I can see why Conservatives continue to black that period out in their minds.

Really … it just didn’t happen … it’s just not relevant.

I'll make a deal with you Chas, I'm not quite sure what time period you are talking about as you've not really stated why you think it is important.....

BUT, you go back and redress all my questions with actual clarity and then I'll be more than happy to discuss this time period with you....in depth.....

But you've been avoiding the conversation and dodging the difficult questions.....you start playing by the rules and I'll be glad to have a "Throw back" convo about your random time period

Deal??
