My four would be, in descending order:

1) Mr. Wooden, The Wizard of Westwood, 10 NCAA titles, 7 consecutive, 88 game win streak
2) Don Shula, 347 wins, many when seasons were 14 games
3) Red Auerbach, 9 NBA titles, 7 more while GM
4) Herb Brooks, got the gold against the ruskies, GREATEST WIN IN HISTORY OF AMERICAN TEAM SPORTS

I am not a MLB fan, thus none on there, but Billy Martin was my favorite, his record was average, but the entertainment he provided was world-class.

All three are vote worthy.

I feel Shula did more than Tom, Shula had more wins and coach for 5 more seasons.

Bobby Knight was good, and entertaining, but not close to The Wizard.

Don Shula was 2-4 in Super Bowls and 19-17 in playoffs.

Don Shula won 347 game over 33 years. Bill Belichick won 329 games in 24 seasons. Sorry, but Belichick > Shula

Belichick w/o Brady got exposed in a hurry. 83-101 without Brady… he made one absolutely amazing draft pick. Brady > Belichick IMO
