Those times may return, I read an interesting article where the global "one-world" initiative is coming apart and many country's receding back to previous geopolitical paradigms. The US is ever so gradually realizing the current trajectory is untenable. Russia re-becoming a territorial oligarchy. NATO is floundering and nationalism is re-igniting. And even South America is coming round - the new President of El Salvador has completely turned the country around vis a vis corruption and cartels.

One can hope.
