It's already done. Family already said that the bullying he received in High School drove him to his current state of mind.

Also, people will be wondering why he was even able to purchase...because he lied on the form on the question of mental stability. You'll hear about how he was a legal owner, and the seller is likely to take shit, the dude still had to lie to make the purchase.

You must be wrong. Lying on a form to buy a gun is AGAINST THE LAW. he couldn't have done that!

Of course, I'm still for the clear and obvious punishment. Chain him to a wall and force him to watch as they shoot the same number of his family as his victims. Punishment is supposed to be dishing out worse treatment, not 3 hots and a cot. No death penalty is that state.

I see they will not label this as a hate crime, a term i absolutely despise as crime is a hateful act regardless of reasons. I didn't read he targeted white people, no wonder it won't be called a hate crime as won't grab headlines anyway.

A Syrian Muslim targeted white kafirs. That's absolutely a hate crime, both based on ethnicity and on religion. Notice he didn't shoot up a mosque full of HIS people, he shot up a supermarket full of non Muslim whites. It's terrorism, just like Muslim Boston bombers, the 9-11 Muslims, the San Bernadino Muslims, the Fort Hood Muslim, the Orlando night club Muslim. Hey, I think I see a pattern here. Maybe we should be looking at common sense Muslim control?

Didn't Trump do something just like that, like banning people from Syria, who are JUST LIKE the supermarket shooter, from coming to the US? Didn't Biden overturn that on day one?

No one in the entire store was carrying? I realize that he outarmed everyone there but you'd think that someone could have surprised him and capped his ass.
I guess that it is easy for me to say, as I would have taken a hidden defensive position and waited for him to cross my path to surprise him.

gun free zone, per the store's sign. sheep dogs weren't there, they were down the road where they could legally have their gun while they shopped.

we have several stores here with "gun free zone" signs. i don't go to those places. if an evil guy puts a cap in your ass while you are there, you are on your own. me and my homies won't be there to save you. sorry.

Gun free zone means nothing to me except where there are metal detectors like airports, municipal buildings, etc.
I don't unarm for a gun free zone store. They have no right to tell me that imo, and being concealed, they'll never see it.

in NM, if you are caught with a legal gun in a gun free zone, it's a felony, and you'll likely lose your CCW. not worth the risk. i'll go elsewhere.
