Another pro tip about sniffer dogs. If you're trying to hide something from them sprinkle some pepper around. Worked for me

I went to NYC and brought back some bags of specialty coffee as gifts for a few friends and neighbors. The TSA opened all them, there were coffee grounds in all my shit, and a nice little note from them saying, in effect, "yeah, we ****ed with your shit, so what?" I made a complaint that went nowhere. Back when the airlines handled their own security, they only cared that I wasn't going to bring the plane down, something everyone was OK with.

I assume the TSA thought I was El Chapo, trying to smuggle drugs. I mean, so what if I was? a bit of coke in a checked bag isn't going to bring down the plane, assholes. Talk about mission creep. Yet another reason I haven't flown in almost 20 years.

He's harmless and won't hurt anything....except a Ford Bronco and he might kill a box of Franzia. Other than that, he's harmless. I still don't think he should be allowed to handle a drill, though.

No worries man. If you have the radio on you may have up to 8 hours to escape. I'm sure the highways will all be clear sailing for you, absent of 14 million other Floridiots all traveling north at the same time.
