Default Wheel spacers part II

Installed my Pfadt 1/4" spacers today. I guess I should have done this sooner as the passenger side wheel well had actually been wore through!
Anyhow, I might need longer studs even though Pfadt says the stock studs should be OK with these spacers. I got 3.5 full turns on the lug nuts before I torqued them and maybe 4.25 total turns when finished, doesn't seem like a lot.

I can get my pinkie between the back of the tire now so that's cool but I'm really depressed about the fricken hole in the wheel well.

Sucks to hear man! I'd plug it with something, do want water getting in there.

It's not so much a hole as a 6x3/8 inch gash! Anyone have an opinion on my lugs?

I think you do a great job of keeping your lugs looking good.

I don't know...but I am watching cause the new wheels I have will also need 1/4" spacers on the rear, so I am interested in seeing how yours plays out.

I don't know what the recommended minimum turns is, but I can tell you I have ARP hardened studs on my yellow car. They require gorilla open lugs and look pretty cool. That said, 4 full turns sounds like a good bit.
