Default Bulkhead/seawall Phase 3....
Finally got the barge in the canal and the dredging has started! To make it even better, they had to remove a few of my neighbors pilings to get the barge into the canal. They worked out a deal between themselves so Im completely out of the picture and wont be giving any of my cash in the deal...

Nope, not true at all. Even when just pulled out and dumped on the ground, only has a very faint smell of sulfur. Clears up within a day...
