OP, you make a good point. I am known as the Barbie man, but truth is I've never owned a Barbie in my life. You are right that I started a few Barbie threads as a joke; I had no idea that I'd become known for that. I don't know if it's true, but to me I'm convinced that a lot of you think I really do collect barbies.

My drinking, and the cats drinking, are true. So are the boxing stories...and the blood I lose doing chores around the house...and the fact of course that I'm the most well-hung man here.

Tim, you're known for much more than just drinking Rhum. As Shrike6 said, we all envy your laid-back, rogue lifestyle and your having a young beautiful wife who apparently adores you. You're also known here for your generosity: Free car manuals on just about anything for the asking. And we know the troubles you go through: Typhoons, loss of electricity and internet, having to make a living in a poor part of the World.

I think your place is secure here: A kind, fun-loving, sometimes hard-drinking family man who is definitely his own man. If I could be there, the Rhum would be on me.

Tim, I'll agree with what the others have said.

But I also have inside knowledge of your life style since I've been in and out of the P-I since the mid 80's. will suffice for the inside knowledge I know.

James aka 69camfrk is a fun loving fella. We've known each other for a day or three now. He's met my wife, ate meals she's prepared, and drank his own beer he brings over. A funny little side story....

He came over once to the house in Vegas and brought some beer. We had a good time and he went back to Ga. The next time he came over, about a year later, the beer was still in the ref and that's known as a fridge to all the Americans. He laughed and said it prolly was skunk beer by now.
