Default Can you name these cars?

It was never a production car, but the manufacturer named a production car after it with a very similar model name. It's from 1954, and there are styling clues in the pic. Please...no GoogleImage or other cheating; use you brain and knowledge:

This one is easier: It was a production car but for only one year. With a 300 horsepower engine living under the hood, it was not your Granny’s station wagon:

This roadster was designed by the brilliant car designer, Harley Earl. Debuting at the 1955 Motorama, the roadster was one of two that made appearances, with the other built as a hardtop. Fun fact: The aluminum double overhead-cam, fuel-injected V6 that was installed in the car never ran. There is an easy styling clue that gives it away:

1 and 3 look like some sort of concept vettes. 2 looks like a Bel Air. A concept Bel Air maybe?
Obviously, I'm just guessing.

The first one is a 1956 Buick Centurion (presumably from where the Buick Century was named). You are correct on the other two!

Not to split hairs, but:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buick_Century
Quote:
Buick Century is the model name used by Buick for a line of upscale performance cars from 1936 to 1942 and 1954 to 1958, and from 1973 to 2005 for a mid-size car.

The model name Century came about when Buick was designing its first production automobile capable of reaching a speed of 100 mph. The division needed to come up with a name. One of the Buick executives had returned from a recent trip to Britain, and told the other executives that the British referred to going 100 mph as "doing the century". The executives liked the Century name and it stuck.

I had a 73 Centurion. I bought it in 1980 as a work car. It was a boat ... but a nice boat. The 455 got about 12 mpg.
