I don’t see a problem. I’ve flight trained with many females and enough muslims to form an opinion. I’d feel better about a female muslim than a male from most arab countries because a lot of the males live a very pampered life and will literally give up while flying. Female mus are generally going to have to work a lot harder to be in the seat. Female pilots in general are no different than men.

They are flying for Qatar. How many US military veteran Pilots with thousands of hours, that are muslim, want to move their families there, and have appropriate ratings do you think apply for them?

I'd rather have a crew that's fully vaxxed over this. At least if the vaxxed pilots due suddenly, I have a chance to land the plane myself. But if those two nice ladies go all allah akbar up there, we're all fkd.

I had a stick buddie from Germany, One from Saudi and one from some Europe somewhere.

Flew with several women. They were just fine. A few years later, one Captain showed up at the unit who was a Dietician prior to flight school. She admitted only to me she barely made it through instruments. She just made it harder than it was and I took care of that for her.

NFW that ever happens. If you are ex-mil, you have thousands of hours of turbine time. Unless you screw the pooch on an interview, or there's something in your record, ANY airline will choose a trained, seasoned pilot over everyone else.

One hour of basic, non-jet turbine, say a Pilates, is about $2k an hour. Independent of the DIE crap, nobody is paying for even your Commercial ticket at 200 hours, let alone the 1,000+ it takes for an ATP. They will not even look at your resume without 500 hours.
