Lawsuits will have to be filed in each state most likely or governors blocking such mandates by companies. I'm waiting for the wrongful death lawsuits from people who did die from vac.... And the ambulance chasers for those who have suffered side effects directly due to the mandates and govt be hekd accountable. Money talks...

Really sucks for everyone who didn't want to be injected, but was coerced into it by threat of losing their jobs. This should be a help to those who have not already been forced out though, especially now that our government is finally admitting that everyone is going to catch Wu flu whether they've been injected or not.

And let's not lose sight of the fact that our 'health care heroes' just took it in the shorts from our own SCOTUS. What are they? Chopped liver? Are they not just as entitled to equal protection under the law as every other US citizen?

Get in the back of the bus, health care workers!

I am 100% sure there will be businesses that will still demand it just as they would demand that steel toed shoes or safety glasses be worn.

I see this ruling as changing very little.

On top of that, this may be the catalyst to stuff the court and let them hear it again.

The way it should be. This vaccine mandate is not a safety issue it is a political issue. Things like safety glasses, steel toed shoes and ear plugs are but the vaccine isn't.
