Default Going in for my second Roto-Rooter Camera inspection
Yup... that time again.. I hated my last colonoscopy. The prep, the procedure, the recovery... yuck.

In case someone has not read my previous posts on this subjects, do not torture yourself with the gallon of liquid you're supposed to drink nor the laxatives you're given to take. I've had 4 colonoscopies, and I took about 60% of the liquid and none of the laxatives. Every time the doctor said I was positively "clean".

The prescription is overkill. Save yourself some misery.

If you drink the liquid thru a straw, you can get it back past your taste buds. It won't taste great but it's much easier to consume.

And add some Crystal Lite to it, preferably Cherry flavor (it's all clear), and refrigerate it.

The test is much better than suffering with the disease. I've watch one friend die from it and have have two others suffer through the sugeries and siting in a bag for a few months.

Prep has modernized a bit...here's the process I went through in this post.

Top colorectal practice in DC area and was totally clean for the procedure...and no uncomfortable gas afterward as they suction you out before you wake up.
