Back when the Lotus Elise came out, somebody did the same "stupid lift tricks". It totaled the Elise as the floor pan is bonded and when it fell, it delaminated.

Doesn't have to be new. The C5 was out for 8 years when some dillweed at a Chevy dealer tried lifting my car using the floor pan. I had to point out the frame to him.
