I've never had a vehicle long enough to change the battery... or buy tires.

No. I always have enough vehicles to cover any problems if one or two have issues.

Short of being a teen, I don’t remember waiting till that one time I go out and it’s dead. Usually a sign or two you can pick up on.

Going to change mine this week as its close to 6 years old, not waiting for it to fail when it's 100 and humid out.

Completely understand, one slow start switch that fugger out. My fun cars seldom get too far from home, and I would just flatbed them to my house.
