business wise, they mostly have their act together (although they claim they are losing $$, but won't crack open the books for review), in that they seem to know how to make money, but in terms of customer service, they are the suck. how do you put on a SuperBowl and have to turn away paying customers because you can't count the number of seats available ahead of time? or Dan Snyder selling used peanuts, or suing people to buy tix when he claims to have a long waiting list.....
