Leaving work yesterday, I saw that diesel was $4.99/gal, so DJ did a U-turn and topped off with 10 gallons..... for a measly $50.00 Used to be that amount of $$$ would fill me up from empty.

To be fair, I have no doubt he has no idea why anything is the way it is, not just gas prices. On that note -

Gas prices average over $4 a gallon in every state for first time


At this point, we've had ten straight days of record setting gas prices. Time for the WH to break out the big foam finger, since we are certainly getting one of our own.
