My wife went to Wal-Mart a few minutes ago before heading off to work, specifically to pick up some fresh veggies and other perishables so we can have salads and stuff the next few days with dinner. They had a lot better selection of paper products and cleaning supplies, and she said everyone was behaving normal and not trying to buy a bunch of stuff. She even picked up two 12-packs of our normal brand of TP, one of them for her elderly parents and the other for backup for us or our friends if they need some, which I doubt. You can even get rubbing alcohol, spray cleaners, and disinfecting wipes. The store opened at 6:00 AM and 3+ hours later still had plenty of this sort of thing although the TP was running low.

Sorry, I didn't grab any TP. I got dog treats, and I went to the paper products section. They seemed to have everything, I am running low on Kleenex so if they had some I wanted to get some. I not wiped my ass in 3 daze, shoved a cork in it to save TP, noticing a weight gain, and a sore ass....so getting ready to pull the cork, but unsure about using the tub or the toilet for the overload......
