We have two Hammerhead GTS Platinums. I recarb'd and changed the clutch and get about 40 mph with me in it on flat ground, 35 mph on the trails.
One kid's friend has been to the hospital. Nearly broke his arm. Another kid was doused in gasoline when he flipped it upside down. They are on their side pretty. Seat belts and helmets are mandatory on our property. |

I'm already looking into the motor swap, clutch upgrade and torque converter We have eight Gkids and only two are old enough to drive it, the others aren't far behind so I'll have it for a few years |

I have a pre-ride safety review I do. Seriously. The last thing I need is a lawsuit. First thing: keep arms inside the cart no matter what! You might get banged up, but it’s pretty impossible to get seriously hurt unless you put your arm our. The one kid that went to the hospital….yep…put his arm out. Second, helmets and seatbelts at all times. Third, only ONE direction around the trails. We have 20 acres they rid one with blind corners and such. Fourth, if it gets on its side or top, turn it off and get out and away. Just leave it. I’ll turn it over. Do not continue riding. Gas can, and does, spill out. Laslty, if I can see your brake lights from the house, you are doing it wrong |
