Default Done with my first 3 months of P90X
Mark and I completed the first 3 months of P90X. We got a little derailed at times but in the end we are both happy with where we are at. And I don't really consider our process over.

The one thing I wish I had done from the beginning was count calories. I started doing that two weeks ago and lost 3 lbs quick. It was not that I was eating unhealthy (because Mark and I have been on a pretty healthy diet for about 4-5 years now) it was just my afternoon snacking habit. I am currently at 11 lbs lost. Some of the weight was leftover from the winter but before now I have never been able to get under 150 lbs...that is always where I plateau. But I am happy to say I have been at 147 for a few days now and I am not turning back anytime soon.

Here are my before and "after" pics...I wish the camera showed my muscle definition better. I have muscle definition in places I did not know were possible!







I feel really great now. Ready for summer!
