I’m trying to see if anyone is available in Charlotte to come help with that. I’m absolutely willing to pay. Would hopefully not be too long of a job but I have no idea.

Sorry, just getting back home after dropping daughter off.

When will you be here? I may be able to help in the evening.

Closest tire shop would be Griffin Tire on 2500 Little Rock Road, just 4 minutes from his shop and you don't need to travel the interstate.

Hood won't be horrible to do IF hinges are on car already and can locate hardware. Good enough to load and travel without latches I'd say aligned and 100% perfect.
Doors are all day affair as I'm sure they are empty. Latches have to be installed, door handle inside at least and they won't have any weatherstripping or bumpers so they'll bounce. Plus it's a 2 man job minimum to not destroy the painted edges. Doors are 75 lbs i bet and unruly to install and line up without damage as he's made them fit very nicely and closely I'm sure.
Installation of door latches also will be needed I'm sure.
Tape will be needed to protect painted edges, it's not for the faint of heart to hang a painted c3 door. I wouldn't attempt with amateurs and under a time crunch myself or you'll be having doors redone from cracks and chips.
I paint jambs and then reinstall doors before painting as I've chipped and ruined a couple paint jobs. For a pro like Dub it isn't an issue to do.
A door holder/installer will be needed IF he has one left in shop otherwise it's a nightmare.

We will be arriving Friday Sept 2nd, not sure what time of day. Hoping to get tires on trailer Friday.

Plan to do most of the packing up Saturday starting at 8am.

That’s my fear. Doors are still hanging in paint booth as are other parts. So much left to do.

From what I have heard the paint job is amazing. But don’t want to be screwing that up.

Unfortunately the expert won’t be finishing the job. But in reality, he had the car far longer than schedule ever should have. Now to figure out how to get it back together and completed in Oklahoma.

I don't know anything about painting cars. Mark Mahoney painted my wife's '74
almost 20 years ago.

Went to take his Mercury on errand and pedal low and brake light came on. Looks like a line over axle broke. Well both his cars broke now. I'm not having fun today.
