usually a low carb yogurt, or some no sugar added applesauce.

except on days I don't.

Then I have popcorn loaded with butter, or a drumstick.....or brownies, cookies, chocolate, etc.

Goldfish crackers. I don't buy them anymore for myself because they are a weakness of mine and I would probably eat the whole bag. I snack on them now and then at preschool though.

Luckily I am also a fruit and veggie lover so one of my favs is chopped up cucumber, avocado and tomatoes with a little vinaigrette.
