Seems to be a due process problem to me. Besides, just because you get somebody served with a summons in whatever manner, they don't appear, and you get a judgment, how do you collect the judgment? Turn it over to the Kuwait police to collect? Good luck with that.

Exactly. I never understood people who file all these lawsuits where there's zero or near zero chance of collecting anything. Everyone got so excited when congress overturned Obama's veto for a bill that would allow 9/11 victims families to sue the Saudi government. Who cares? They'll spend a bunch of money and never see a penny.

Maybe there's some kind of point to it that Spence can explain, but I see it as a waste of time and money.

File a writ of execution and have the US military collect. Seize assets and auction them off to satisfy the judgement.

Seize all them mosques that Saudi built and auction them off.....with the land and parking lots, gotta be a million or two each, the buildings not worth much, need sanitize with pig guts, and knock the roofs off to make something useful.....

AND to boot, all the guns and bomb material can be auctioned off at a NRA convention.....proceeds to be divided between NRA and the families....
