Same here but that is by design. With the kids we tend to not take any real time until Thanksgiving or after. Reason being is you never know when one will be sick and you or the wife will have to stay home. As a result we both tend to have a week plus to take in December..

I get a total of 23 vacation days and 8 sick days with my main job.
I think I've taken 7 so far.
I don't get paid vacation from the liquor store.

I worded that poorly, I should have said I put in for 2 days at the end of July. Let's see if I actually get to take them this time or if I wind up cancelling to compensate for another piss-poor project mgr.

I've taken around 15 days off this year.

I get 20 hours of PTO (vacation and sick combined) a month. The max I can carry is 336 hours. I'm maxed at 336 so I take 2 days off one month and 3 days off the next. Without those days off, I'd go crazy.

Last vacation for the year this week. Have to put in for vacation in Dec for upcoming year (Dec 2010 for year of 2011), then based upon seniority, you may or may not get the weeks you pick (only allow 4 people off out of 125 per week). Only time I could get was all in the beginning of the year.
Going to be a looong rest of 2011
