Equipment leasing is competitive. Ask anyone here who is a business owner. They probably get a couple calls a week.

Sounds like the kind of boss most folks wouldn't want to work for, so it's a win-win for all involved.

Really? That's not what I read. What I read was he's selling them something the current company doesn't offer. Now if he's actually stealing leads, that's different. But if he's selling them X and giving the company their share of X and then selling them Y, which the company doesn't do it the slightest, I go back to "is he making quota? Is he exceeding quota? Is he bringing us business? WGAF".
