Seeing we have a marina on property that only charges a slip fee of $150.00 for the season and a winter storage fee of $75.00....

Gotta have a plan, you know,,,,

I paid close to that PER MONTH over 20 years ago for the slip for my Cal 27.

So, what kind of icebreaking vessel are you gonna buy to put in your slip?

Nice Jeep by the way!

Will read, thanks for that Norm.
I do already have a Delaware fishing permit, however, what level permit will I need is the question. The Delaware permit was $8.50 here compared to $35.00 in NYS. Gas was $2.21 / gallon here yesterday compared to $2.63 in the Buffalo suburbs... BIG difference from up north.
I'm sure the link that you posted will tell all.

edit: Great link Norm !

No ice here in Lewes Delaware... I saw snow once so far this year and it was gone by the afternoon. We're farther south than DC here.
The inlet where the marina is, leads out to Rehoboth Bay, which in turn leads out to the Atlantic. I can be to the ocean in a half an hour from it, or to the bay in 15 minutes.

I remember that/those exact spots as well as OC Md. just down the road a tad....where my folks had a 2 br 1.5 ba house on Assawoman Bay.....and the NYC Nickerbocker Ferry they retired was going to be a restaurant, so parked around the corner from the house, it sat for a couple years while the nitwits in the .gov screwed over the concept.....so one day it went away, dunno where....I have a orange cork life vest from it, found floating in the bay not far from the ferry......this all from about 40 years ago....plus or minus a few.....

Good deal man, Jeeps are a blast as long as you're not doing long trips with them.
