My sister was diagnosed with it this weekend in Oklahoma. Work has a mask policy, but only in public. Board rooms, offices, etc don't require them. She wore her mask all the time but she had a coworker that professed she had a 'sinus infection' and kept coming to work.

My sis started feeling sick and with the same symptoms as her cow-orker. Got the test since my brother-in-law is a health care worker to be safe. Yup. Had it. And cow-orker still professes to have not had COVID.

Damned idiot.

Fortunately my sister is in excellent shape and her symptoms are mild, so she is at home quarantined away from her husband. She's still pissed that people have the anti-mask attitude. Even her doctors said, "Your mask protected them from you, but if they didn't wear a mask, they're not protecting you from them."

Glad you're home and glad you're on the recovery path.

From my wife, who had taken her Mother(wife is her care-taker) to the same hospital I was in. When they got out, 3 days later wife and BIL got sick. Hit me 1 week later. We did all of the CDC suggested guidelines, but shit happens. Talking with hospital case worker/investigators, this is one of the bigger causes of the spread, family. Hard to completely isolate at home in a lot of cases.
