Stock manifolds? What side? Pass has the heat tube and baffle for choke which leaks... did ya look really, really good for cracks?

I’ve chased the same ghost w mine.... hairline crack back side, looked like barely a hair was on the manifold.....

And remember, ya don’t have to really torque the bolts. Like ~20-25#’s but check

Definitely wouldn't have hurt to check it while apart. Lots of exhaust ports are not flat.
