Started the swap
Here are some pics from my swap...Im currently waiting on Fed Ex to arrive so I can finish this but here some pics....from cell phone...while waiting on fed ex....so I can finish....
Underhood Belt debris the culprit Man this pulley has seen better days! hmmmm something doesnt look right in there... wonder if its the fact I chewed up probably more then half the bearings.. well as soon as fed ex arrives I can finish the swap and will up date pics and such here.....Im hoping this will not be an issue with the new set up and hoping even more this pulley was the crazy noise I was hearing too

well all done for the night...I have to get on post to the car craft center for the use of the impact gun so I can get the pulley off to get the old bracket off, then I need to reclock it then I either 1) put the new bracket on then the pulley OR 2) the pulley then I can install new bracket after I havent figured this out as of yet..anyone here know?
here is how it sits now.... oh and a learning curve I had it all in and there was a bolt at the bottom of the bracket that should have went in before I mounted it...had to undo it all then re-install....why cant these things come with directions....not everyone is a ASE mechanic!!

Good job on the swap! Those bearings were .
That bracket looked pretty out of whack in your second pic, had you already loosened the bolts or was it actually mounted like that?

Glad you got it all worked out you will like the new bracket, I know I did and you were lucky on your last hill country cruise that the belt did not break all together. I will be giving the new bracket a real work out on the 27th the day I run the Texas Mile
