I say the same thing when something happens in DC or NYC, thinking of my own daughters, of course.
We need mental institutions badly.
Eryn is in her psych rotation in med school in DC.
The people they see and release is mind boggling .

After reading the story, I too feel bad for the police officer. The student left the LEO no other choice.

As you might have heard, last night we lost our President, Scout Schultz. We are all deeply saddened by what has occurred. They have been the driving force behind Pride Alliance for the past two years. They pushed us to do more events and a larger variety events, and we would not be the organization we are known as without their constant hard work and dedication. ANY gal in a college shituation near a large city is a target, I remember Univ Faryland College Park, just north of Wash DC, right along US1 and the nightly happenings of a co-ed screaming as the guys dorms would empty out to run off the marauder.....today them guys probably get killed for trying to help.....

my daughter is in that psych shit, her being a master's and got a bunch of 'patients'.....they are in her 'ward'....
much less what her hubby does, THAT I can't talk about.....

And the parents are bellyaching that it was just a "tiny" knife. They told that idiot more times than I can count, to drop the knife, and comply with their orders. Give me a sec. going to find some sympathy.....Nope, none found except for the cop that had to shoot.
